OMM! is a component for the Thales customer portal myProducts for monitoring customer products, presentation (obsolescence monitoring) and communication with the customer and the Thales experts for eliminating obsolescences (obsolescence management).

OMM! input comes from spare parts lists, parts lists and master data information as well as obsolescence data from the Thales component database. In addition there are proactively researched obsolescences by the Thales “carer”, the Thales experts or inquiries from the customer.

OMM! communication between customers and Thales experts is carried out transparently for everyone using a traffic light system.
